TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 2 November 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all registrations, enrolments, payments and participation in programs offered by Artalinta Pty Ltd (ABN 28 665 856 833), trading as Australian College of Digital Arts & Technology ("Artalinta", "we", "us", "our"). Our programs include free and paid webinars, workshops, and 1-on-1 consultation sessions. By registering or purchasing any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

To enrol or register, participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written parental or guardian consent. Enrolment is confirmed once full payment is received and an electronic confirmation is issued. Artalinta reserves the right to decline or cancel enrolment if application information is incomplete, inaccurate, or breaches these Terms.

3. Payment & Fees

All fees must be paid directly to Artalinta Pty Ltd via the secure payment methods stated on our website or invoice. Under any Agent Commission Agreement, authorised agents are strictly prohibited from receiving, holding, or processing any payments on behalf of Artalinta. Any payment sent to an agent does not constitute valid payment. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated. Access to paid content is granted only after payment has been successfully cleared.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Artalinta provides a 100% fee refund if the following conditions are met:

  • (a) A written cancellation request is submitted to hello@artalinta.com within two (2) calendar weeks of the official program start date; and
  • (b) The participant has not engaged beyond the first two sessions (attendance at live sessions, assignment submission, or downloading of restricted materials may indicate participation).

Refunds apply to program fees only. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of Artalinta's written acknowledgment. No refund will be available for change of mind after the two-week period has elapsed.

This policy operates in addition to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If Artalinta cannot deliver a program as advertised, participants may choose between an alternative program of equal value or a full refund of unspent fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Program Access & Delivery

Artalinta delivers its programs online in live and recorded formats. Access instructions are provided by email upon confirmation. Participants are responsible for maintaining suitable internet, hardware and software to participate. Artalinta reserves the right to update program content, delivery methods, or instructors without notice to ensure quality and relevance.

6. Participant Obligations & Conduct

Participants must:

  • (a) Act respectfully toward staff, instructors and other participants
  • (b) Not share, copy or redistribute program materials without written permission
  • (c) Comply with all guidelines provided

Misconduct — including plagiarism, harassment, or misuse of resources — may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, scripts, images, and other content remain the intellectual property of Artalinta Pty Ltd or its licensors. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for personal educational purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with Artalinta's Privacy Policy available on our website. By registering or enrolling, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure high-quality delivery and platform stability, Artalinta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of its services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of fees actually paid for the affected program.

10. Termination & Suspension

Artalinta may suspend or terminate a participant's access if:

  • (a) These Terms are breached
  • (b) Conduct is deemed unethical, unlawful or harmful to others
  • (c) Non-payment occurs

Termination does not affect any rights or remedies accrued prior to termination.
